We are registered with the US Department of State DDTC/ITAR for export of defense articles and US Commerce Department to complete transactions internationally.
Fully Automatic select fire weapon systems per customer specs for each export contract. In the United States select fire weapons are classified as “machine guns” regardless of caliber per 1934-NFA and are ITAR regulated items.
All ITAR export orders/contracts require the following documents:
- DSP-83 (US State Dept. form)
- Import License
- Purchase Order
- End User Certificate
All commercial grade weapons are Export Administration Regulations (EAR) regulated, administered by the BIS there are no exceptions.
EAR applications require the following documents:
- End User statement (BIS-711)
- Import permit
*Purchase Order not required for application but helpful for internal documentation to validate history of sales and future applications.
